Always opened with security guard. Cleaness. Many languages spoken by the staff and welcoming.

Too much noisy! Really terrible! Lack of rapidity at the front desk for check in.

Fancy rooms. Good breakfast. Nice hotel but not that expensive.

The dinner in the hotel restaurant was not good at all. High disturbing music from nearby disco (but we changed room and that solved the problem).

It was very nice, modern design, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean. The location is near to the metro Marina or Bogattel.

The limited working hours of the spa and conflicting instructions from staff regarding bookings were both confusing and frustrating!!!

It was extra special stay, I didn't feel like leaving and would stay here again. Everything was really good, including incredibly attentive staff and perfect location very near for going into Las Ramblas city center. The provided breakfast was warm and absolutely superb...

Very caring staff and good value place. Really ideal location faaaaar away from the city center, and nice bedrooms. Also - close to metro or taxi as well as Bogetel train stop. Efficient service, fantastic views of the cathedral from my king room. Good coffee and cheese for breakfast.

We loved the spa, especially the sauna and pool. The hotel is close to the beach and a quick walk to the Olympic Village. Just FYI, check-in times can be a bit rigid, so plan accordingly. Great vibes and comfortable stay!

Unfortunately, the security staff were a bit harsh. I had a run-in with a guard who scolded me for sitting in a relaxed way in the lobby. Not cool for a hotel where guests should feel at home.

Booked a room with incredible views, and the stuff where extremely helpful people at the reception desk.

Hotel staff is very professional and hotel is located at very good place - in 15 minutes to sea-side by walking and 15-20 minutes to the city centure by walking and underground

The hotel is very modern, fancy rooms (unlike many other hotels). The hotel staff was also very friendly and made no problem out of the fact we wanted to switch rooms the second night. The location is in my opinion good in terms of closeness to the city (you can walk easily to sagrada familia and the beach and otherwise the metro is very close). The neighbourhood however is not where you could go for a beer at night (lot's of empty, industrial buildings).

Although the hotel itself and the staff were very nice, I would never stay there again during the weekend (Thursday - saterday). There is a giant club next to the hotel with almost no isolation which kept us up all night. Luckily we could switch rooms the second night and then it was much better. Although we still needed our ear plugs. The noise and bass were unbelievable, very sad for an otherwise nice hotel!
